Website Terms & Conditions

Effective: 25 May 2026 Version: 1.0 Scope: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eternal Elegance public website and the platform at eternalelegancemodels.com, as a visitor or an authenticated user.

These Terms & Conditions sit alongside (and do not replace) the role-specific legal documents: the Model Terms of Engagement, Photographer Terms of Service, Designer Terms of Service, and Brand Terms of Service, each of which takes precedence for matters specific to that engagement.

1. Who we are

Eternal Elegance Models Limited — Company No. 17115788, registered in England and Wales. A licensed modelling agency operating under the Employment Agencies Act 1973. Contact: eternalelegancemodels.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Creating an Account or making a booking is additionally governed by your role-specific agreements (see above).

3. Eligibility

  • The platform is intended for users aged 18 or over. Accounts are only issued to adults.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law of your country of residence.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure.
  • You must not share your Account credentials with anyone, including colleagues or assistants. Brand accounts require separate Admin and Member user Accounts.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your Account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms or the policies referenced within them.

5. Licence to use the website

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website and platform for its intended purposes:

  • Public browsing of the model directory and legal pages
  • Registration and authenticated use of the platform under your role-specific terms

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute substantial portions of the website or its content (except as expressly permitted)
  • Scrape, harvest, or aggregate data from the platform by automated means
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
  • Interfere with, disable, or circumvent any platform security or access controls
  • Transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code
  • Use the platform to breach any law or regulation

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our content

All content on the website not contributed by users — including text, graphics, logos, icons, the Eternal Elegance brand, the Eternal Elegance platform design, software, and aggregated data — is owned by or licensed to Eternal Elegance Models Limited and is protected under UK and international copyright and trade mark law.

6.2 User content

You retain ownership of content you upload — your profile data, portfolio images, job postings, messages. By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, transmit, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering the services you have agreed to.

The use of model images is governed additionally by the explicit image consent you provide at onboarding — see the Privacy Policy.

6.3 Trade marks

"Eternal Elegance Models", "Eternal Elegance" (platform name), and associated logos are trade marks of Eternal Elegance Models Limited. They may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party content and links

The website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media handles on provider profiles). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Links do not constitute endorsement.

8. Platform services and availability

8.1 Services as described

We describe our services on this website and in the role-specific agreements. We aim to provide services as described, but features may evolve over time.

8.2 Availability

We aim for high platform availability (target 99.5%) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practicable. Unplanned outages are addressed as quickly as possible.

8.3 No warranty as to search results

The public model directory and discovery surfaces are provided in good faith based on the profile data models have chosen to share. We do not warrant that the directory is complete, up to date, or will meet any particular search criteria at any particular time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law

We disclaim all warranties other than those expressly set out in these Terms or the role-specific agreements.

9.2 Our liability

Our total liability to you under these Terms, in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to:

  • For authenticated users, the total fees (if any) paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months; or
  • For visitors, £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law

9.3 Your liability

You are responsible for your own conduct on the platform and for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable law and the relevant agreements.

10. Privacy and data

Your privacy matters to us. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data, and the Cookie Policy for cookies.

11. Acceptable use

All users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the platform, our services, or our conduct, please follow our Complaints Procedure.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or the platform for:

  • Breach of these Terms or any role-specific agreement
  • Breach of the Code of Conduct or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Failure to pay outstanding fees
  • Any lawful reason with reasonable notice

You may stop using the website at any time; for account closure, see the role-specific agreement and the "Danger Zone" in your account settings.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL. Material changes will be notified to authenticated users by email and in-platform notice.

15. General

  • Entire agreement: These Terms (with the role-specific agreements, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Code of Conduct, and Acceptable Use Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the platform.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
  • Third parties: These Terms are between you and us; no third-party rights arise under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
